Video Plus

The Perfect Fit for Simple, Quality Video Work

Video Plus is the ideal creator package for one or two sources, with additional flexibility thrown in. A single camera view captures your session with another direct view of your display content (online guests, images, web pages, presentations, etc.).

Video Plus also includes the following:
Intro / Outro

If you use music or video to introduce or close out your session, it can be seamlessly included into your stream or recording. Just send your media files to at least 24 hours prior to your session.

Choice of Setup

You can select the perfect stage setup for your video session. Choose from one of five setups during the scheduling process.

Choice of Background

Select from a closed curtain, closed curtain with display monitor, a green screen or an open curtain with display monitor. For the green screen, you would supply the image file prior to your session. For the open curtain option, you can bring your own items to place on the shelves.

Choice of Mics

If you are stationary with a desk or podium in front of you, the traditional dynamic microphone is the best choice. If you are moving around or seated in a chair with nothing in front of you, the lavalier mic works best because it does not stand out between you and the camera. However, we will make either choice work in any situation.

Managed Live source Switching

In a post-production setting, all audio or video sources would be recorded simultaneously and spliced together in a separate editing session after the recording. Live Source Switching works like a live TV show, in which we switch between sources during the recording based on what you are showing on the display or who is speaking. This produces a single recording that looks like it was post-edited, but without the extra session or the expense.

In addition, you can add these options to the Video Plus session:
Stream Deck

Made by Elgato, the Stream Deck is a 15-button mini-keyboard that gives you hands-on control over sound or video bytes that you can trigger throughout your recording session. You would supply the media files prior to your session, and we would load them to be triggered by the Stream Deck. You can use it to play interviews, sound effects and video snippets.

Standing Whiteboard

If your session includes written instruction, you can use a large whiteboard to clearly demonstrate your points. (Note that due to the size of the stage, it is only compatible with the closed curtain background.)

The teleprompter is ideal when you need to read exact words during your session, such as when giving a speech. Words scroll up on an easy-to-read display at a speed that is comfortable for you. The camera is located behind the screen so that your audience sees you looking directly at them. You would supply the text file prior to your session.
