Need to Reschedule Your Session?

If you need to reschedule a session for another date, no problem! Use the ‘Change/Cancel Session’ option in the confirmation email we sent you when you scheduled, or go to your Session Manager here on the website (under My Green Room in the top menu) and click the Reschedule button next to your scheduled session.

Please Note:  You will not be able to reschedule a session within 24 hours of your scheduled session time. Please call or text (562) 303-5529 to proceed. You will be issued a coupon code for the amount of the session minus a $30 cancellation fee ($60 for Back-to-Back or Teleprompter sessions.) If you have a package or membership, the cancelled session will go back to your available slots and the cancellation fee will be assessed on your next package or membership payment.

Refunds and Credits

In order to obtain a refund, your request must be made within 5 days of purchase date, and not within 3 days of the original scheduled session. Outside of these parameters, you will receive a coupon code in the amount paid for use on a future session. If the request falls within 24 hours of the scheduled session, a $30 cancellation fee will be deducted from the coupon amount.

Session Package purchases are refundable up to 5 days after the original purchase date. Coupon codes can be used up to 365 days from the date of issue.
