Need to Reschedule Your Session?

If you need to reschedule a session for another date, no problem! Use the ‘Change/Cancel Session’ option in the confirmation email we sent you when you scheduled, or go to your Session Manager here on the website (under Scheduling & Calendar in the top menu) and click the Reschedule button next to your scheduled session.

Need to Cancel Your Session?

If you need to cancel a session, use the ‘Change/Cancel Session’ option in the confirmation email we sent you when you scheduled, or go to your Session Manager here on the website (under Scheduling & Calendar in the top menu) and click the Cancel button next to your scheduled session.

Credits and Refunds

If you need to cancel a scheduled session, Podcast Place is happy to issue a refund within 5 days of the original purchase date. After that date, you will receive a credit to use toward a future session. Cancellations made within 2 days of a scheduled session, regardless of the purchase date, will receive a credit for a future session. Credits can be used up to 365 days from the date of issue.

Session Package purchases are refundable up to 10 days after the original purchase date.
