Before Your Session:
- Please upload any files prior to your session to avoid delays.
- Please limit non-participants to a maximum of two people.
- If there are changes to your planned session, please let your producer know as soon as possible via email or text.
- Please arrive at your scheduled time or after, NOT early. Also, please relay this message to your guest(s).
- Please remind your guests that there is no smoking, vaping or open flame anywhere in the building.
- If you are interviewing someone virtually, have them log in when you expect to begin recording, not at the beginning of your session time (since you’ll just be arriving!)
When You Arrive:
- Utilize the Green Room to talk with guests, store your belongings and prep for your session. Please keep the recording and production areas clear for setup until we are ready to begin.
- Feel free to record behind-the-scenes material before or after recording, but not during.
- If necessary, please use the restroom before you begin the recording session, as we are not able to open and close doors while recording.
Please inform your guests of these guidelines as well. If you are unsure about something you want to include in your session, feel free to ask!
